Static QR codes
The code is generated entirely in your browser and encodes your text directly. It does not redirect through our servers, so it keeps working forever and we cannot track scans.
Error correction
Higher error correction lets a code be read even if part of it is damaged or covered, at the cost of a denser pattern. Medium suits most uses; choose High if you will overlay a logo or print on rough surfaces.
Tips for scannable codes
- Keep a quiet margin around the code and use dark modules on a light background.
- Print at least 2 cm (about 0.8 in) wide and test with several phones.
- Shorter URLs make simpler codes that scan faster.
